When we don’t believe we insult God we call him a liar. God does not respond to our need. He responds to our faith. Much of Jesus's ministry he was surrounded by multitudes who had needs but the people who got a touch from God were those who called out like Bartimaus,

Or reached out like the woman with an issue of Blood Or was persistant like the Greek mother who told Jesus "even the dogs eat the crumbs from the table Or the friends who ripped the roof off the building so they could lower their friend into his presence.
